Lingerie and Toys:

There will be no returns or refunds on lingerie or the adult toys for sanitation purposes. Meaning once the product is shipped the product is not valid for returns or refunds; unless, you are able to send a detailed email about the product listed below. 

Cosmetics:

All accessories are valid for returns and refunds depending on the condition 5 days after delivery.
